From inside out I am wearing a square neck linen smock, pink linen farthingale, green wool kirtle, forepart and sleeves of silk damask in pinky-brown and blue, a linen partlet and a black wool gown. The ruffs are linen edged with french knots in red silk, starched and set, and then pinned on. In the outdoor photos that ruff is supported by a whipped frill on the partlet. I'm also wearing a white linen coif and black wool hood which has a wired edge, as well as a necklace of red beads.
